摘  要:目的探究鼻整形中应用高密度多孔聚乙烯材料改良支架的效果。方法选择2019年12月至2020年12月本院接收鼻整形患者60例作为研究对象(观察组),并择取2018年12月至2019年11月本院接收鼻整形患者60例作为参照对象(对照组)。观察组患者采用高密度多孔聚乙烯材料改良支架,对照组患者采用自体软骨支架。比较两组患者手术时间、感染率、收缩率、术后疼痛得分以及手术前后鼻部外形自主评分、鼻唇角、鼻梁长度指数、鼻高度、ATC角、ACP角、鼻尖角。结果观察组患者手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者感染率、收缩率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛得分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后鼻部外形自主评分、鼻梁长度指数、鼻高度高于对照组,术后鼻唇角、ATC角、ACP角、鼻尖角小于对照组(P<0.05)结论在鼻整形中应用高密度多孔聚乙烯材料改良支架效果良好,术后疼痛小,材料不收缩,感染率低,整形结果满意,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of using high-density porous polyethylene to improve the stent in rhinoplasty.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,60 patients who received rhinoplasty in our hospital were selected as the research object(observation group),and 60 patients who received rhinoplasty in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the reference object.(Control group).The observation group used high-density porous polyethylene modified stents,and the control group used autologous cartilage stents.The operation time,infection rate,contraction rate,postoperative pain score and autonomous score of nasal shape before and after surgery,nasolabial angle,nasal bridge length index,nasal height,ATC angle,ACP angle,and nasal tip angle were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the infection rate and contraction rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group’s postoperative nasal shape autonomous score,nose bridge length index,and nose height were higher than those of the control group,and the postoperative nasolabial angle,ATC angle,ACP angle,and nose tip angle were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-density multi-control polyethylene material to improve the stent has good effect,little postoperative pain,no shrinkage of the material,low infection rate,satisfactory plastic surgery results,and it is worthy of promotion.
