摘　　要：透明质酸作为填充物的面部整形术正成为一种越来越流行的手术方式,此手术方式相对传统整形手术简单、副作用少,但偶尔会出现严重并发症。我们描述了一例在注射透明质酸后发生急性眼动脉栓塞的病例。虽然进行了系统性治疗,但视力丧失不可逆转。Utilizing hyaluronic acid as a filler for facial plastic surgery is becoming an increasingly popular procedure;this procedure is relatively simple and has few side effects compared to traditional plastic surgery,but occasionally serious complications can occur.We describe a case of acute ocular artery embolism following hyaluronic acid injection.Despite systemic treatment,the loss of vision was irreversible.
