短波治疗仪联合晳毓绿理肤乳治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察短波理疗仪联合晳毓绿理肤乳治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮(erythematotelangiectatic rosacea,ETR)的临床效果。方法收集63例ETR患者,随机分为2组,治疗组31例,对照组32例。两组均早晚使用晳毓绿理肤乳,治疗组每隔1周进行1次短波理疗,疗程8周。对治疗前、后评估患者面部红斑、毛细血管扩张、阵发性潮红、灼热及干燥症状进行评分。同时测量治疗前、后皮肤含水量和经皮水流失(transepidermal water loss,TEWL)值。记录疗程中的不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者面部红斑、毛细血管扩张、阵发性潮红、灼热及干燥症状总评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者皮肤含水量均增加,治疗组增加大于对照组(P<0.05);2两组TEWL值均下降,治疗组下降大于对照组(P<0.05)。所有患者均无明显不良反应。结论短波理疗仪联合晳毓绿理肤乳治疗可明显改善ETR患者面部症状,且安全性较好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of short-wave therapy with Xiyu green moisturizer on erythematotelangiectatic rosacea.Methods Sixty-three patients with erythematotelangiectatic rosacea were randomized selected into treatment group(n=31)and control group(n=32).The treatment group underwent short-wave therapy every other week and received Xiyu green moisturizer twice a day for a 8-week period.The control group applied the same moisturizer twice a day only for a 8-week period.Clinical improvements in erythema,telangiectasia,flushing,burning and dryness were scored before and after the treatment.Skin hydration and transepidermal water loss(TEWL)were measured before and after the treatment as well.Adverse reaction during the treatments were also documented.Results After the treatment,the total scores of erythema,burning,dryness,telangiectasia and flushing in both groups resulted in improvements from baseline(P<0.05).The treatment group significantly outperformed the control group on those scores(P<0.05).Levels of skin hydration increased and TEWL decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group had better improvements than the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reaction was observed throughout the study.Conclusion Short-wave therapy with Xiyu green moisturizer is safe,effective and well-tolerated in the management of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea.It improves the symptoms of patients with erythematotelangiectatic rosacea.
