超分子水杨酸、口服盐酸米诺环素联合红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外涂20%超分子水杨酸、口服盐酸米诺环素联合红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮的疗效、不良反应以及对美观度的影响。方法选取中重度痤疮患者150例。对照一组以口服盐酸米诺环素联合红蓝光治疗,对照二组以超分子水杨酸联合红蓝光治疗,观察组以外涂20%超分子水杨酸、口服盐酸米诺环素联合红蓝光治疗,比较三组治疗效果、不良反应与美观度情况。结果相较于对照一组与对照二组,观察组具备更高的治疗总有效率(P<0.05);相较于对照一组与对照二组,观察组治疗后2周、4周与8周的痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分均更低(P<0.05);相较于对照一组与对照二组,观察组治疗后美观度优良率更高(P<0.05);三组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外涂20%超分子水杨酸、口服盐酸米诺环素联合红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮的疗效确切,可将病变部位美观度改善,且不良反应少。Objective To investigate the efficacy,adverse reactions and aesthetic effect of 20%supramolecular salicylic acid,minocycline hydrochloride combined with red and blue light in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.Methods 150 patients with moderate to severe acne were selected.The control group was treated with oral minocycline hydrochloride combined with red and blue light,the control group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid combined with red and blue light,and the observation group was treated with 20%supramolecular salicylic acid,oral minocycline hydrochloride combined with red and blue light.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and beauty of the three groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group 1 and the control group 2,the observation group had higher total effective rate(P<0.05);Compared with the control group 1 and the control group 2,the gags scores of the observation group at 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment were lower(P<0.05);Compared with the control group 1 and the control group 2,the excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher after treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion External application of 20%supramolecular salicylic acid,oral minocycline hydrochloride combined with red and blue light is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe acne,which can improve the beauty of lesion site with less adverse reactions.
