中药结合IPL治疗颜面再发性皮炎57例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药结合IPL治疗颜面再发性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将57例颜面再发性皮炎患者随机分为3组,对照组采取硼酸氧化锌软膏外用,依巴斯汀片口服,中药治疗组加用中药内服外用,中药结合IPL治疗组再加用IPL治疗,连续治疗两个疗程,观察疗效。结果两治疗组与对照组相比疗效、疗程均有显著性差异(P<0.05);中药结合IPL治疗组与对照组相比复发率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药内服外用治疗颜面再发性皮炎疗效好,结合IPL可显著降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with IPL on facial recurrent dermatitis(FRD).Methods 57 patients with FRD were randomly divided into three groups.19 patients in the control group were treated with Boric Acid and Zinc Oxide Ointment and Ebastine Tablets,19 patients in the TCM treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and 19 patients in the TCM and IPL treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and IPL.The curative effects of the three groups were observed and compared,and two courses of treatment were continued.Results Both the TCM treatment group and the TCM and IPL treatment group were significantly advanced in total efficiency and course of the treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate in the TCM and IPL treatment group was significantly lower than with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine is of high efficient,and with the combination of IPL can significantly lower the recurrence rate,and worthy of clinical application.
