皮肤创面无机诱导活性敷料在重度心源性水肿致皮肤溃烂创面修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤创面无机诱导活性敷料对重度心源性水肿致皮肤溃烂创面的修复作用及护理措施。方法采用随机数字表法将70例重度心源性水肿致皮肤溃烂患者分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组给予每天常规创面消毒换药,观察组常规消毒后将无机诱导活性敷料均匀涂抹在创面上,然后无菌纱布覆盖。比较两组创面愈合率、愈合时间及护理满意度。结果两组创面7d愈合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组10d、14d愈合率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间、住院时间均较对照组短,换药次数较对照组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮肤创面无机诱导活性敷料可有效提升重度心源性水肿致皮肤溃烂创面愈合率,缩短创面愈合时间和患者住院时间,减少换药次数,提高护理满意度,临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the repair effect and nursing measures of inorganic wound-induced active dressings on skin ulcers caused by severe cardiogenic edema.Methods Random number table method was used to divide 70 patients with severe cardiogenic edema caused by skin ulcers into a control group and an observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given daily routine wound disinfection and dressing change.Apply evenly to the wound and cover with sterile gauze.The wound healing rate,healing time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in healing rates between the two groups at 7 days(P>0.05).The healing rates at 10 and 14 days in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the number of dressing changes was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Inorganic active dressings for skin wounds can effectively improve the healing rate of skin ulcers caused by severe cardiogenic edema,shorten the wound healing time and the length of hospital stay for patients,reduce the number of dressing changes,and improve nursing satisfaction.The clinical effect is significant.
