摘　　要：当前,在社区家庭医生普遍不足的情况下,聘任家庭医生助理有助于减轻家庭医生非医疗性负荷,更好地发挥其专业作用。对上海市金山区、嘉定区、长宁区等样本区开展调查,描述上海市自2011年以后,特别是2015年实施社区卫生服务综合改革以来,由社区卫生服务中心自行聘任家庭医生助理向全区统一聘任的探索历程。The appointment of general practice assistants was helpful to reduce the non-medical burden of family doctors and better played their professional role,especially in the situation when there was a shortage of general practices in the community.A survey was carried out in Jinshan,Jiading,Changning and other sample districts in Shanghai.The exploration process of self employment of general practice assistants by community health service center to unified employment of the whole district was described which began in 2011,especially since the implementation of comprehensive reform of community health service in 2015.
