摘　　要：目的:分析2016—2020年黑龙江省乙型病毒性肝炎(简称乙肝)报告发病现状,评价乙肝防控效果。方法:利用中国法定传染病报告系统中黑龙江省的发病数据,运用描述流行病学方法比较不同地区、年龄和职业人群的乙肝发病情况。结果:2016—2020年黑龙江省共报告乙肝病例50803例,其中急性乙肝11193例、慢性乙肝30657例,利用线性回归分析发现,急性乙肝构成比呈逐年下降趋势(R^(2)=0.9236,P<0.05),而慢性乙肝构成比呈逐年上升趋势(R^(2)=0.7913,P<0.05)。分析结果显示,黑河市和鸡西市乙肝报告发病率高于其他地市、男性报告发病率高于女性、农民占所有报告发病人群的50%左右、0~9岁儿童报告发病率极低、25~69岁为乙肝发病高峰年龄。结论:2016—2020年黑龙江省急性乙肝报告发病率呈逐年下降趋势,黑龙江省乙肝防控工作取得显著成效。OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiological trends of hepatitis B reported in Heilongjiang province from 2016 to2020,and to evaluate the impact of prevention and control strategies.METHODS The data was obtained from the National Notifiable Disease Reporting System,and descriptive methods was used to compare the incidence of reported hepatitis B by age,region and occupation.RESULTS 50803 cases of hepatitis B were reported in Heilongjiang province from 2016 to 2020,and the constituent ratio of acute hepatitis B showed a downward trend(R^(2)=0.9236,P<0.05).But the constituent ratio of chronic hepatitis B showed a upward trend(R^(2)=0.7913,P<0.05).The incidence in Heihe and Jixi was higher than that in other cities.The incidence of male was higher than that of female.Farmers accounted for about 50% of all reported disease-onset populations.The incidence of children aged at 0~9 was very low,and the peak age was 25~69 years old.CONCLUSION The reported incidences of acute hepatitis B were low in Heilongjiang province from 2016 to 2020,showing a remarkable effectiveness of prevention and control strategies for hepatitis B.
