摘 要:随着我国经济水平及人们生活水平的提高,我国居民对营养膳食的要求也越来越高,利用食品交换份法制定合理、科学且平衡的膳食营养配餐是一个重要问题,食物交换份法在营养配餐中的应用仍有很多需要探索的问题。本文阐述了平衡膳食、营养配餐及食品交换份等内容,探讨了食品交换份法在营养配餐中的应用,以期为营养配餐行业的发展提供建议。With the improvement of China’s economic level and people’s living standards,China’s residents have higher and higher requirements for nutritional meals.It is an important issue to formulate a reasonable,scientific and balanced dietary nutritional catering by using the food exchange method.There are still many problems to be explored in the application of the food exchange method in nutritional catering.This paper expounds the contents of balanced diet,nutritional catering and food exchange,and discusses the application of food exchange in nutritional catering,in order to provide suggestions for the development of nutritional catering industry.
