摘 要:常减压装置电脱盐设备是原油加工处理的首道核心设备。常减压装置高速电脱盐设备运行时由于设备单元出现故障,会造成电脱盐罐运行电流异常,电脱盐罐内电场不平衡,严重影响电脱盐设备的脱水、脱盐效果,给后续加工带来不良影响,加速下游加工腐蚀等设备故障,根据电脱盐结构原理并对照故障现象进行分析,明确故障原因,并及时解决。通过在一级电脱盐进口增加过滤设施,对电场结构实现优化改造及对内件进行绝缘处理,降低电流及故障风险,来确保高速电脱盐设备系统的安全、长周期运行。The electrical desalting equipment of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is the first core equipment for crude oil processing.During the operation of the high-speed electrical desalting equipment of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the abnormal running current of the electric desalting tank and the imbalance of electric field in the electric desalting tank caused by equipment fault will seriously affect the dewatering and desalination effects of electrical desalting equipment,bring adverse effects to the subsequent processing,and accelerate the downstream processing corrosion and other equipment failures.After the comparison and analysis of the structure principles and fault phenomenon of electrical desalting,the fault causes are accurately identified and the fault is solved in time.Through adding filtering facilities to the first-level electrical desalting inlet,optimizing the electric field structure and insulating the internal parts,the current and fault risks are reduced so as to ensure the safet and long-term operation of the highspeed electrical desalting equipment system.
