摘　　要：文章基于乡村振兴战略背景,通过对法律文本及数据文献的规范分析,对乡村图书馆的法治化转型进行了研究。乡村图书馆的实践困境表明,其建设与发展存在法治化转型需求。为确保实现乡村图书馆的法治转型,应从立法规范及法律实施等多方面着手,加快乡村图书馆立法规范供给,有机整合法律规范,完善立法内容,细化法律规定,科学设计法律规则,破除法律实施障碍,进而为乡村图书馆持续、稳定地参与乡村振兴建设提供可靠保障。Based on the background of rural revitalization strategy,the article investigates the rule of law transformation of rural libraries through the normative analysis of legal texts and data documents.The practical dilemma of rural libraries shows that there is a need for law-ruled transformation in their construction and development.To ensure the law-ruled of rural libraries,we should start from various aspects such as legislative regulation and legal implementation,accelerate the supply of legislative regulation for rural libraries,organically integrate legal regulation,improve legislative content,refine legal provisions,scientifically design legal rules,and break the obstacles of legal implementation,to provide reliable guarantee for rural libraries to continuously and steadily participate in rural revitalization construction.
