摘　　要：文章基于四川省21个市(州)公共图书馆和四川省图书馆法人治理结构改革的实践探索,总结了四川省公共图书馆法人治理结构改革中取得的成效,分析了改革中还存在的困难与问题,并就存在的问题提出一些思考和建议。Based on the practice exploration of the corporate governance structure reform of 21 cities of public libraries in Sichuan Province and the Sichuan Provincial Library,this paper summarizes the results that public libraries in Sichuan have achieved in the corporate governance structure reform,analyzes the difficulties and problems in the reform,and puts forward some ideas and suggestions to the existing problems.
