摘  要:提高钢包自开率是钢铁企业提质、降耗的有效措施之一。唐山不锈钢公司从2017年开始,因高强品种钢冶炼占比的增加,钢包自开率下降明显,连铸钢包烧氧引流造成的非计划品损失较大,甚至多次造成连铸机拉下,为了解决钢包自开率降低的问题,唐山不锈钢公司成立了研究小组。本文从冶炼钢种成分、转炉出钢角度、合金加入时间及位置、稀钢渣回流、钢包新上水口等角度逐一分析了对钢包自开率的影响,并针对上述影响因素分别制定了改进措施。通过措施的实施和完善,使唐山不锈钢公司在2019年之后的钢包综合自开率稳定在99.8%以上,取得了较好的经济效益。Improving ladle self-opening rate is one of the effective measures for iron and steel enterprises to improve quality and reduce consumption. Since 2017, due to the increase of smelting proportion of high-strength steel, the self-opening rate of ladle has decreased significantly in the Tangshan stainless steel company, the resulting loss of unplanned products caused by oxygen burning drainage of continuous casting ladle was large, and even caused the continuous casting machine to be pulled down many times, in order to solve the problem of the reduction of the ladle self-opening rate, the Tangshan stainless steel company established a research team. In this paper, the effects on the ladle self-opening rate are analyzed one by one from the perspectives of smelting steel composition, converter tapping angle,alloy adding time and location, rare steel slag return, and ladle new water inlet, the above-mentioned influencing factors have been formulated respectively to improve measures. Through the implementation and improvement of the measures, the comprehensive self-opening rate of the Tangshan stainless steel company has stabilized at over 99.8% after 2019, and has achieved good economic benefits.
