摘 要:SPHC钢被广泛应用于汽车、家电以及建筑等行业,对表面质量要求较高。某钢厂在生产SPHC钢过程中,经常出现麻点、红锈以及酸洗黑边缺陷。本文利用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪对缺陷部位的检测结果,研究和分析了SPHC表面和酸洗黑边缺陷产生的原因。结果表明:麻点缺陷的形成是由于粗轧后除鳞不彻底,残留的氧化铁皮在精轧时被压入钢板表面形成的;红锈缺陷的产生与Si元素的富集和初次除鳞温度低于Si的氧化物熔点相关;酸洗黑边缺陷是缺陷处氧化铁皮过厚,产生色差所致。SPHC steel is widely used in automobile, home appliance and construction industries, and has high requirements for surface quality. The pitting, the red iron oxide skin and pickling black edge defects often occur during the production of SPHC steel in a steel plant. In this paper, using the detection results of laser scanning confocal microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer for defective parts, studied and analyzed the production causes of SPHC surface and acid pickling black edge defects. The results show:the pitting defect is caused by incomplete descaling after rough rolling, and the residual oxide scale is pressed into the strip surface during precision rolling;red iron oxide skin defect is related to the enrichment of Si element and the initial descaling temperature lower than the melting point of Si element oxide;acid pickling black edge defect is caused by too thick oxide scale on the defects, the thick oxide scale results in color difference.
