摘  要:近年来,随着国家环保要求的不断提高,对大气排放限值的控制越来越严格,特别是对焦化企业焦炉排放烟气中二氧化硫、氮氧化物和颗粒物含量进行了严格监测。因此各焦化厂在原环保设备设施基础上,陆续引进了新的环保设备设施,以满足新的大气限排要求。本文介绍了新天钢炼焦化工有限公司原焦化煤气净化工艺,对增建的焦化煤气PDS脱硫系统运行中存在的复盐高的问题进行了分析,提出来技术攻关实施措施。通过更换催化剂、增加提盐离心机设备、优化生产调节等措施,使系统中的复盐量迅速减少,恢复了稳定的生产运行过程,为焦炉烟气达标排放提供了有力保证。In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the national environmental protection requirements, more and more strict control has been imposed on the atmospheric emission limit, particular for the contents of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter in the flue gas discharged from coke ovens of coking enterprises were strictly monitored. Therefore, based on the original environmental protection equipment and facilities, each coking plant has successively introduced new environmental protection equipment and facilities to meet the new atmospheric emission limitation requirements. This paper introduces the original coking gas purification process of New Tiangang Coking &Chemical Co., Ltd., analyzes the problem of high compound salt in the operation of the newly built coking gas PDS desulfurization system, and puts forward the implementation measures for tackle key problems of technology. Through changing the catalyst, increasing the equipment of the centrifuge for extracting salt and optimizing the production regulation, the amount of compound salt amount in the system is reduced rapidly, and the stable production and operation process is resumed, it provides a strong guarantee for the emission of coke oven flue gas up to the standard.
