摘　　要：建筑工程施工中,屋面面层的裂缝、污染及返旧等均是影响建筑质量的通病,不仅会破坏建筑观感质量,而且会增大翻新维修成本。为解决上述问题,以某建筑项目为例,重点论述屋面裂缝及污染的防控施工技术,旨在优化建筑屋面质量,降低后期屋面维修成本,为建筑行业技术发展助力。In the construction of building engineering,the cracks,pollution and return of the roof surface are common problems affecting the building quality,which will not only destroy the building appearance quality,but also increase the renovation and maintenance cost. In order to solve the above problems,taking a construction project as an example,this paper focuses on the prevention and control construction technology of roof cracks and pollution,in order to optimize the quality of building roof,reduce the later maintenance cost of roof,and help the technical development of construction industry.
