摘 要:人工挖孔桩一般采用钢筋混凝土护壁,每日成孔深度约1 m,施工护壁后方可继续往下开挖以避免塌孔;一般要求桩径不小于800 mm,以满足人员在孔内作业的空间需要;开挖一般根据土或石的坚硬程度,采用锄头、风镐、水磨钻进行开挖,取土一般采用吊篓结合小型电卷扬机进行垂直提升后外运出桩孔。工艺总体陈旧,但因地制宜,满足属地为喀斯特地貌工况下桩基施工需要,可有效解决扩大头桩型的施工难题,有效减小总体桩径、节约成本。The manual hole digging pile generally adopts reinforced concrete retaining wall,and the per day hole forming depth is about 1 m.The excavation can be continued after construction of retaining wall to avoid hole collapse;generally,the pile diameter is not be less than 800 mm to meet the space needs of personnel working in the hole;according to hardness of soil or stone,hoe,air pick and water mill drill are used for excavation generally.generally,the soil is lifted vertically by basket combined with small-scale electric winch and transported out of the pile hole.The process adapts to local conditions to meet the needs of pile foundation construction under the condition that the territory is karst landform,which can effectively solve the construction problem of expanded head pile type,effectively reduce overall pile diameter and save cost.
