摘 要:传统砖砌墙施工复杂、时间长,又因其工艺如砂浆搅拌对环境影响较差,最终对工程部署不利。以中国智能骨干网项目为例,采用EPC项目总承包模式,项目厂房外墙采用ALC轻质隔墙板施工技术,该施工技术与传统砌筑相比,无需搭设脚手架,可省去抹灰工序,操作简便,施工速度快。通过使用该技术代替传统砌筑,取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。The traditional brick wall construction is complex and takes a long time, and its process such as mortar mixing has a poor impact on the environment, which is ultimately unfavorable to the project deployment.Taking the China intelligent backbone network project as an example, the EPC project general contracting mode is adopted, and the ALC light partition board construction technology is adopted for the external wall of the project plant. Compared with the traditional masonry, this construction technology does not need to set up scaffolding,eliminates the plastering process, is simple to operate and has fast construction speed. By using this technology instead of traditional masonry, good economic and environmental benefits are obtained.
