摘 要:以加工型番茄品种“屯河9号”为试材,采用固体基质盆栽的方式,在500、300μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)和100μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)光照强度下,研究不同基质含水量(基质最大持水量的80%、70%和60%)对加工型番茄幼苗生长形态、光合参数等碳代谢相关指标的影响,以期达到培育壮苗的目的。结果表明:当光照强度为500μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)时,GG处理的加工型番茄幼苗的生长势最好,株高、叶面积、全株干质量均显著高于GZ和GD处理,GD处理的株高、叶面积、全株干质量、茎粗最低,根冠比最高,随着基质含水量降低,加工型番茄的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)呈显著降低趋势,胞间二氧化碳浓度呈显著升高趋势,各处理间蔗糖磷酸合成酶、蔗糖合成酶均存在显著差异,且GG>GZ>GD,GG处理的总糖、蔗糖、果糖和淀粉含量均显著高于GZ和GD处理。随着光照强度的降低,加工型番茄幼苗的生长受到抑制,光合作用减弱,碳代谢关键酶活性及产物降低。当光照强度为300μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)和100μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)时,相同光照强度下基质含水量分别控制在基质最大持水量的70%和60%,有助于加工型番茄幼苗的生长和碳代谢活动的进行。综上可知,光照强度为500μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),基质含水量为基质最大持水量的80%时,最适合加工型番茄幼苗的生长,当光照强度降低时,适当控制基质含水量可以增强植物的耐弱光能力。Taking processing tomato cultivar‘Tunhe No.9’as the test material,the potted with solid substrate method was carried out,the effects of different substrate moisture(80%,70%and 60%of the maximum water holding capacity)on growth morphology and photosynthetic parameters of processing tomato seedlings under 500μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),300μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)and 100μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)light intensities were studied,in order to achieve the purpose of cultivating strong seelding.The results showed that,when the light intensity was 500μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),the plant height,leaf area and whole plant dry weight of processing tomato seedlings treated with GG were significantly higher than those of GZ and GD,the plant height,leaf area,dry weight of whole plant and stem diameter of GD treatment were the lowest,and the root shoot ratio was the highest.With the decrease of substrate water content,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),and stomatal conductance(Gs)of processed tomato showed a significant decrease trend,and the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration showed a significant increase trend.There were significant differences in synthetase and sucrose synthase,and GG>GZ>GD.The total sugar,sucrose,fructose and starch content of GG treatment are significantly higher than that of GZ and GD treatments.With the decrease of light intensity,the growth of processing tomato seedlings was inhibited,photosynthesis decreased,and the activities and products of key enzymes of carbon metabolism decreased.When the light intensity was 300μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)and 100μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),the substrate moisture was controlled at 70%and 60%of the maximum water capacity of the substrate under the same light intensity,respectively,which was conducive to the growth and carbon metabolism of processing tomato seedlings.In conclusion,when the light intensity was 500μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)and the substrate moisture was 80%of the maximum water holding capacity of the substrate,it was the most suitable for the growth of processi
