摘 要:以“夏黑”葡萄果实为试材,研究采前不同浓度植物生长调节剂及其组合喷穗处理对葡萄浆果采后落粒的影响。喷穗处理时间为果实采收前30、25、20、15和10 d,试剂主要包括100 mg/L萘乙酸、200 mg/L萘乙酸、30 mg/L赤霉素、50 mg/L赤霉素、100 mg/L赤霉素、100 mg/L萘乙酸+赤霉素;另外,果实采收前25 d也进行了0.3%磷酸二氢钾、0.5%磷酸二氢钾、300倍氨基酸钙和400倍氨基酸钙的喷穗处理。结果表明,采前20 d和采前10 d进行喷穗处理的保鲜效果最好,防落粒试剂建议优先选择100 mg/L萘乙酸+赤霉素,其次为100 mg/L萘乙酸。而不同浓度的磷酸二氢钾和氨基酸钙对葡萄防落粒效果无显著影响。Using the“Xia Hei”(Vitis vinifera L.cv.Summer Black)grape berries as the materials,different concentrations of plant growth regulator and its mixture were used to inhibit grape berries abscission by pre-harvest treatment.In this experiment,the spraying treatment was carried out 30,25,20,15 and 10 days before the fruit harvest.The reagents mainly include 100 mg/L NAA,200 mg/L NAA,30 mg/L GA_(3),50 mg/L GA_(3),100 mg/L GA_(3),100 mg/L NAA+GA_(3).In addition,0.3%K_(2)HPO_(4)·3H_(2)O,0.5%K_(2)HPO_(4)·3H_(2)O,300 times amino acid calcium and 400 times amino acid calcium were also sprayed 25 days before harvest.Compared with the control(water sprayed 25 days before harvest),the best fresh-keeping effect of sprayed treatment was carried out 20 days and 10 days before harvest.The anti-shattering reagent should preferably choose 100 mg/L NAA+GA_(3),followed by 100 mg/L NAA.However,different concentrations of K_(2)HPO_(4)·3H_(2)O and amino acid calcium had no significant effect on the anti-shattering of grapes.
