摘  要:[目的]研究加工型番茄种质资源的遗传多样性和亲缘关系,为选育加工型番茄新品种提供参考。[方法]以不同来源的27份加工型番茄为材料,测定其株高、叶长、叶宽、果长、果宽、单株果数、单果重、可溶性固形物8个性状,并进行聚类分析。[结果]8个性状变异系数在10.55%~24.58%,最大的是叶长24.58%,其次是可溶性固形物,为21.55%,最小的是单果重,为10.55%。27份材料通过聚类分析划分为三大类群,第Ⅰ类群的株高、单株果数、可溶性固形物最高;第Ⅱ类群的单株果数最小、单果重最大;第Ⅲ类群的果宽最大。[结论]引进的27份加工型番茄材料被分为三大类群,第Ⅰ类群为优异加工型材料,亦可以作为中间材料加以利用。[Objective]To study the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of processing tomato germplasm resources and provide reference for breeding new processing tomato varieties.[Method]Twenty-seven processed tomato flavor materials from different sources were used to determine the 8 traits of plant height,leaf length,leaf width,fruit length,fruit width,fruit number per plant,fruit weight and soluble solids.[Result]The coefficient of variation of the eight characters ranged from 10.55%to 24.58%,the largest was leaf lengtH24.58%,followed by soluble solids 21.55%,and the smallest was single fruit weight 10.55%.The 27 materials were divided into three groups by cluster analysis.The plant height,fruit number per plant and soluble solids of groupⅠwere the highest.The number of fruit per plant was the smallest and the weight of fruit per plant was the largest in groupⅡ.The fruit width of groupⅢwas the largest.[Conclusion]The 27 imported processing tomato materials were divided into three groups.The first group was excellent processing materials,which could also be used as intermediate materials.
