摘  要:[目的]研究水肥施用方式对土壤氮素迁移和烤烟产质量的影响,为优质烟生产的合理追肥提供依据。[方法]设置不同水肥追施形态和追肥深度,研究不同土层氮素含量对烤烟产质量的影响。[结果]随着追肥次数的增加,各处理0~50 cm土层的速效氮均呈增加趋势,随着追肥深度的增加,相同时期0~10 cm土层的速效氮含量增幅呈明显减低趋势,10~50 cm土层的速效氮含量均呈增加趋势,不同土层氮素增幅规律为10~20 cm>20~30 cm>30~40 cm>40~50 cm。[结论]水、肥单独深施有利于提高烤烟的经济效益;降低中、上部叶的全氮、尼古丁含量;提高烟叶全钾含量。[Objective]To study the effects of water and fertilizer application methods on soil nitrogen migration and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,so as to provide basis for rational topdressing of high-quality tobacco production.[Method]Different topdressing forms and depth of water and fertilizer were set,and the effects of nitrogen content in different soil layers on the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied.[Result]With the increase of topdressing times,the available nitrogen in 0-50 cm soil layer of each treatment increased.With the increase of topdressing depth,the increase of available nitrogen content in 0-10 cm soil layer decreased significantly in the same period,and the available nitrogen content in 10-50 cm soil layer increased.The law of nitrogen increase in different soil layers was 10-20 cm>20-30 cm>30-40 cm>40-50 cm.[Conclusion]Deep application of water and fertilizer alone was beneficial to improve the economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco,reduce the contents of total nitrogen and nicotine in middle and upper leaves,increase the content of total potassium in tobacco leaves.
