摘  要:[目的]分析燃煤密集烤房、热泵密集烤房、生物质密集烤房(内置式和外置式)在广东烟区的应用效果。[方法]根据广东烟区实际,对热泵密集烤房、内置式生物质密集烤房、外置式生物质密集烤房3种新能源密集烤房进行试验,以燃煤密集烤房为对照,从能耗成本、尾气排放、升温效率、烟叶质量、经济性状指标等方面对其应用效果进行分析。[结果]与燃煤密集烤房相比,热泵密集烤房、生物质密集烤房能够提高烘烤效率;热泵密集烤房的干烟平均烘烤成本比燃煤密集烤房降低0.69元/kg,降幅达38.12%,生物质密集烤房干烟平均烘烤成本比燃煤密集烤房分别增加了0.34和0.10元/kg,但在人工添加燃料成本方面优势比较明显。与A_(1)(燃煤密集烤房)相比,A_(2)、A_(3)、A_(4)的上等烟比例分别提高了4.75、3.52和3.64百分点,均价分别提高了1.78、1.06和1.30元/kg,下等烟比例分别下降了0.87、1.11和1.33百分点,橘黄烟率比例分别提高了4.28、2.46和3.21百分点,青杂烟比例分别下降了1.50、1.39和1.31百分点;主要化学成分含量更加适宜,比例更为协调。通过综合对比发现,生物质密集烤房和热泵密集烤房在降低烘烤能耗和用工成本、清洁环保方面效果明显。[结论]热泵密集烤房、生物质密集烤房是今后新能源烤房的推广方向。[Objective]To analyze the application effects of traditional coal intensive curing-barn,heat pump intensive curing-barn and biomass intensive curing-barn(built-in and external type)in tobacco area of Guangdong.[Method]According to the actual situations of Guangdong tobacco area,the comparative test was conducted among three kinds of new energy intensive curing-barns(heat pump intensive curing-barn,built-in biomass intensive curing-barn,the external type biomass intensive curing-barn).Taking traditional coal intensive curing-barn as control,the application effects of three kinds of new energy heat pump intensive curing-barns were analyzed from the cost of energy consumption,exhaust gas emission,heating efficiency,tobacco quality,economic indices and other aspects.[Result]Compared with traditional coal intensive curing-barn,heat pump intensive curing-barn and biomass intensive curing-barn could improve the baking efficiency.The average baking cost of dry tobacco of heat pump curing-barn decreased 0.69 yuan/kg than that of traditional coal intensive curing-barn,with the amplitude of 38.12%.The average baking cost of dry tobacco of biomass intensive curing-barn increased 0.34 and 0.10 yuan/kg respectively than that of traditional coal intensive curing-barn,but it had an obvious advantage in the cost of artificial addition of fuel.Compared with the traditional coal intensive curing-barn(A_(1)),the first-class tobacco proportion of A_(2),A_(3),A_(4) increased 4.75,3.52 and 3.64 percent points respectively.The average price of A_(2),A_(3),A_(4) increased 1.78,1.06 and 1.30 yuan/kg respectively than A_(1).The inferior tobacco proportion of A_(2),A_(3),A_(4) decreased 0.87,1.11 and 1.33 percent points respectively than A_(1).The percentage of orange tobacco in A_(2),A_(3) and A_(4) increased 4.28,2.46 and 3.21 percent points respectively than that in A_(1).The proportion of green miscellaneous tobacco in A_(2),A_(3) and A_(4) decreased 1.50,1.39 and 1.31 percent points respectively than that in A_(1).The content of main c
