现代农业产业园区创新发展研究--以河北易县现代农业产业园为例

摘　　要：作为聚集现代农业生产要素的综合发展平台,农业产业园区是新形势下推动农业产业结构调整、促进农业产业融合、加快农业现代化的重要孵化载体,在创新生产体系、培育新兴产业、助力乡村振兴等方面发挥着重要的示范带动作用[1]。以河北保定易县现代农业产业园建设为例,在总结分析其发展现状与扶贫攻坚工作实践成效的基础上,从相关利益方的功能定位以及农户与园区的利益联结机制等方面提出促进现代农业产业园区发挥更大作用的对策建议,以期为地方政府决策和现代农业产业园区的创新发展提供参考借鉴。As a comprehensive development platform for gathering modern agricultural production factors,agricultural industrial park is an important incubation carrier to promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,promote the integration of agricultural industry,and accelerate agricultural modernization under the new situation.It plays an important exemplary role in innovating production system,cultivating emerging industries,and assisting Rural Revitalization.Taking the construction of modern agricultural industrial park in Yixian County,Baoding City,Hebei Province as an example,based on the summary and analysis of its development status and the practical results of poverty alleviation,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the modern agricultural industrial park to play a greater role from the aspects of the functional orientation of relevant stakeholders and the interest connection mechanism between farmers and the park,in order to provide reference for local government decision-making and the innovation and development of modern agricultural industrial park.
