摘　　要：随着经济建设发展速度的加快,我国对土地资源的规划利用也更为重视,在规划导向的土地利用规划下,对环境影响评价方法也提出了新的要求。本文通过明确规划导向的土地利用规划环境影响评价的目的以及意义,对土地利用规划环境影响评价的要点和热点进行分析,并提出科学、合理的方法。With the accelerated development of national economic construction,more attention is paid to the planning and utilization of land resources.Under the planning oriented land use planning,new requirements for environmental impact assessment methods are also put forward.By clarifying the purpose and significance of planning oriented environmental impact assessment of land use planning,this paper analyzes the key points and hotspots of environmental impact assessment of land use planning,and then puts forward scientific and reasonable practical concrete methods.
