摘  要:介绍了宝钢热轧2050水处理电力系统,并结合该系统的特点和实际生产运行工况,推导了通过优化调整电力系统相关设备的运行方式,实现电力系统的经济运行的策略。该策略主要包含以下三个方面内容:减少低负荷运行变压器数量,从而减少系统中变压器空载损耗;在一定的系统负载下,依据推导的负荷分配公式,可有效降低系统中变压器的总体负载损耗;依据推导的无功补偿装置经济运行条件,优化无功补偿装置投切策略,从而避免无功补偿装置投入造成的系统损耗增加。当系统容量大时,其经济效益更加明显。在电力系统低负荷运行模式下,就如何实现更加经济运行,进行了一些积极思考,其结论从电力系统设计到运行调度,具有一定的参考意义。The 2050 water treatment power system of hot rolling in Baosteel is introduced,and the strategy to realize the economic operation of the power system by optimally adjusting the operation mode of the relevant equipment of the power system is deduced by combining the characteristics of the system and the actual production operation conditions.The strategy mainly contains the following three aspects:reduce the number of transformers operating at low load,so as to reduce the no-load losses of transformers in the system;under a certain system load,according to the load distribution formula derived in this paper,the overall load losses of transformers in the system can be effectively reduced;according to the derived economic operating conditions of reactive power compensation devices,optimize the reactive power compensation device switching strategy,so as to avoid the increase in system losses caused by reactive power compensation device input.When the system capacity is large,the economic benefits are more obvious.Under the low load operation mode of the power system,some positive thoughts are given on how to achieve more economical operation,and the conclusions are of certain reference significance from power system design to operation and dispatch.
