摘  要:某公司25 MW交流无刷励磁汽轮机发电机组在运行过程中发生间非金属性转子一点接地故障。接地故障最短几秒,最长曾持续几个小时。接地为瞬间接地,复位后恢复正常,利用三次启停机对发电机一点接地所有可能的原因进行分析查找,总结经验教训,为解决转子间歇性接地故障提供了解决方法。The non-metallic rotor one-point grounding fault occurred in a 25 MW AC brushless excited turbine generator set of a company during operation.The grounding fault lasted for a few seconds at the shortest and several hours at the longest.The grounding was instantaneous and returned to normal after reset.Three start-stops were used to analyze and find all possible causes for the one-point grounding of the generator,and lessons were learned to provide a solution to the intermittent rotor grounding fault.
