钢厂煤气管道内腐蚀原因及防腐涂料的选用

摘　　要：钢厂煤气管道内腐蚀主要和煤气成分有关,对煤气管道进行内防腐是减缓管道腐蚀的较好办法。耐温环氧树脂、玻璃鳞片防腐涂料及石墨烯防腐涂料是当前煤气管道内防腐领域较受关注的内防腐涂料。分析了这几种防腐涂料的防腐机理及性能,并提出了选用意见。The internal corrosion of gas pipeline in steel mills is mainly related to the composition of gas,and the internal anticorrosion of gas pipeline is a better way to slow down the corrosion of pipeline.Temperature-resistant epoxy resin,glass scale anticorrosion coating and graphene anticorrosive coating are the internal anticorrosive coatings that are currently receiving more attention in the field of gas pipeline internal anticorrosion.The anticorrosive mechanism and performance of these anticorrosive coatings were analyzed,and the selection opinions were put forward.
