摘　　要：对某钢铁企业氮压机在运行过程中频繁卸载、工况不稳等问题进行分析,通过对机组入口管道扩径,增加旁通阀改造,以及调整运行参数等措施,稳定了运行工况,降低了运行成本。The problems of frequent unloading and unstable working conditions during operation of a nitrogen compressor in a steel enterprise were analyzed.Through measures such as resizing the inlet pipe of the unit,adding a bypass valve and adjusting the operating parameters,the operating conditions were stabilized and the operating costs were reduced.
