过冷器污氮通道堵塞原因分析与处理

摘  要:12000 m^(3)/h空分设备过冷器污氮通道被珠光砂堵塞,进塔空气量、氧气产量、上塔压力和阻力等达不到正常工况时的参数。利用检修机会,空分设备停车大加温、冷箱扒砂、更换过冷器、修复仪表管,空分设备恢复正常生产。详细分析空分设备精馏工况异常现象和参数变化情况,阐述故障排查和具体的处理措施。The dirty nitrogen channel of a 12000 m^(3)/h air separation equipment subcooler was blocked by perlite,resulting in air volume into the tower,oxygen production,upper tower pressure and resistance,etc.cannot reach the parameters under normal operating conditions.Using the opportunity of maintenance,though air separation equipment shutdown and heating,cold box perlite picking,replacement of subcooler,and instrumentation tube repair,air separation equipment was back to normal production.This paper also shows detailed analysis of abnormal phenomena and parameter changes in the distillation working conditions of the air separation equipment,and elaborates the troubleshooting and specific handling measures.
