摘  要:针对高炉联合泵站炉下闭式塔运行存在工业水浪费严重和风机传动系统耗材损失大等问题,采取了改变闭式塔中循环工业水的循环方式和闭式塔风机节能改造等措施;针对炉下水泵在两用两备的运行方式下已经无法提供足够冷却循环水流量的问题,应用三元流动技术,重新设计、选型和安装了新的节能泵。对联合泵站炉下闭式塔和炉下水泵节能改造后,经济效益显著。In response to the problems of serious waste of industrial water and large loss of consumables in the fan drive system during operation of the under-furnace closed tower in the blast furnace combined pumping station,measures were taken to change the circulation mode of circulating industrial water in the closed tower and to carry out the energy-saving renovation for the closed tower fan.In view of the problem that the under-furnace pump had been unable to provide sufficient cooling circulating water flow under the operation mode of two uses and two backups,the three-dimensional flow technology was applied to redesign,select and install a new energy-saving pump.After the energy-saving renovation of the combined pumping station's under-furnace closed tower and under-furnace water pump,the economic benefits are remarkable.
