摘　　要：热轧薄板轧机摩根润滑系统主要用于粗轧机和精轧机支撑辊摩根油膜轴承的润滑。从摩根润滑系统的精细化管理入手,通过轴承装配维护、轧机设备精度、轴承座状态监测、摩根系统智能化技术改造等方面的精细管理提升,最终实现摩根轴承润滑系统的稳定运行。The Morgan lubrication system of hot rolling sheet mill is mainly used for the lubrication of Morgan oil film bearings of support rolls of roughing mill and finishing mill.Starting from the fine management of Morgan lubrication system,the fine management of bearing assembly and maintenance,mill equipment precision,bearing seat status monitoring,and intelligent technology transformation of Morgan system are improved to finally realize the stable operation of Morgan bearing lubrication system.
