摘 要:随着科技的进步和环保要求的日益严格,磷化技术逐步被取代,而金属表面处理技术正朝着保护环境和低运营成本的方向发展。目前,绿色表面处理技术是采用无磷、镍的新型表面处理剂,其主要包括锆盐表面处理剂、硅烷表面处理剂、硅烷-锆盐复合处理剂。在实际应用中,金属涂装前处理行业会广泛运用磷化技术,但由于在磷化处理中会有含锰、镍等有害金属的废水产生,且废渣、废水处理起来十分困难,导致在处理过程中产生的污染问题与环保理念相悖。本文主要针对绿色表面处理废水中的重金属进行了分析,以供参考。With the progress of science and technology and the increasingly strict requirements of environmental protection,phosphating technology has been gradually replaced,and metal surface treatment technology is developing towards environmental protection and low operating costs.At present,green surface treatment technology is the use of Phosphorus and Nickel free new surface treatment agent,which mainly includes Zirconium salt surface treatment agent,Silane surface treatment agent,Silane-zirconium salt composite treatment agent.In practical application,phosphating technology will be widely used in the pretreatment industry of metal coating.However,due to the production of wastewater containing manganese,Nickel and other harmful metals in phosphating treatment,and the treatment of waste residue and wastewater is very diffi cult,the pollution problem generated in the treatment process is contrary to the concept of environmental protection.In this paper,heavy metals in wastewater from green surface treatment are analyzed for reference.
