摘　　要：为了全面提升环境监测工作的水平,积极提升监测工作细节的准确性,建构完整的管理控制方案,要在强化资源保护效率的基础上,完善具体措施,促进经济效益和环保效益的和谐统一。本文分析了环境监测中地表水监测的现状,并对实际工作提出了几点建议。In order to comprehensively improve the level of environmental monitoring,we should actively improve the accuracy of monitoring details,construct a complete management control scheme,improve specific measures on the basis of strengthening the efficiency of resource protection,and promote the harmonious unity of economic benefits and environmental protection benefits.This paper analyzes the current situation of surface water monitoring in environmental monitoring,and puts forward some suggestions for practical work.
