摘  要:在造纸生产过程中漂白工段产生的中段水与车间清洗废水混合后产生的综合废水中CODCr、SS、氨氮、TN、TP、色度分别为:2500 mg/L、1200 mg/L、55 mg/L、60 mg/L、4.5 mg/L、2400 mL/mL;本项目采用“水解酸化+UASB厌氧反应+A/O+混凝沉淀+芬顿反应+终沉池”为废水处理主体工艺,对废水污染指标CODCr、SS、氨氮、TN、TP、色度的去除率分别达到98.32%、98.33%、98.36%、63.33%、98.89%和97.92%。本项目的成功运行可为造纸行业及其他相似废水处理设计提供参考。In this project,the mass concentrations of CODCr,SS,NH3-N,TN,TP,and chromaticity in the mixture of middle wastewater from bleaching section and cleaning wastewater from workshop were 2500 mg/L,1200 mg/L,55 mg/L,60 mg/L,4.5 mg/L,2400 mL/mL respectively.A process of“hydrolytic acidification+UASB anaerobic reaction+A/O+coagulation sedimentation+Fenton reaction+final sedimentation tank”was employed to treat the mixture wastewater;high efficiency on contaminants elimination was achieved,with the average total removals of CODCr,SS,NH3-N,TN,TP and chroma being 98.32%,98.33%,98.36%,63.33%,98.89%,and 97.92%respectively.The successful operation of this project can provide a reference for the design of paper wastewater and other similar wastewater treatment.
