摘  要:采用了不同表面质量挤压针尖进行试制,并选取内表面有直线状擦伤的挤压管坯进行轧制、拉拔和碱洗等工艺处理,分析了5A02铝合金管材内表面亮线缺陷产生的原因和形成机理,并研究了挤压管坯内表面纵向擦伤缺陷在后序工序中的遗传效应。结果表明:挤压管坯内表面上明显的擦划伤和拉道等缺陷遗传性较强,是导致产生亮线缺陷的根本原因。蚀洗工艺对管坯内表面严重的擦伤缺陷无明显的改善效果,经过适当的轧制、拉拔等冷加工可以使管坯内表面擦伤缺陷在宏观上减淡,甚至消失;但从微观上看,填充区域内金属的连续性以及填充金属与基体金属之间的表面连续性较差。Extrusion needlepoint with different surface quality was used to trial squeeze,and the extrusion tube blank with straight scratch defects on the inner surface was rolled,drawed and alkali washed.Then,the causes and formation mechanism of bright line defects on the inner surface of 5 A02 aluminum alloy tube were analyzed,and the genetic effect of the longitudinal scratch defect on the inner surface of extrusion tube blank in the subsequent process was researched.The results show that the obvious scratch and drawing defects on the inner surface of the extrusion tube blank are hereditary,which is the root cause of the bright line defects.The alkali washing process has no obvious improvement on severe scratch defect on the inner surface of the tube blank.The scratch defects on the inner surface of tube blank can be reduced or even disappeared macroscopically by proper rolling or drawing.In fact,from the microscopic point of view,the metals continuity in the filling areas and the surface continuity between the filling metal and the base metal are poor.
