摘 要:针对固溶温度对2195铝锂合金成形性能的影响展开研究。对T6态2195铝锂合金板材在500、510和520℃温度下进行10 min固溶处理,对固溶后的板料与未经固溶处理的原始板料均进行EBSD显微组织分析、室温拉伸试验、杯突试验和硬度测试,由此获得不同固溶温度下板料及原始板料的微观组织形貌、屈服强度、抗拉强度、屈强比、伸长率、IE值和硬度值。通过对比各项试验结果,综合分析了固溶温度对2195铝锂合金成形性能产生的影响。结果表明:2195铝锂合金板材在500、510和520℃温度下固溶10 min后晶粒长大、位错密度减小,使得合金形变容易、塑性和韧性增加。固溶后板料的屈服强度、抗拉强度和屈强比降低,伸长率和IE值增大,硬度值降低,且各项数据变化显著。由此可知,固溶处理大大提高了2195铝锂合金的成形性能,对于结构相对复杂的零件,可以采用固溶处理后成形的工艺方法。其中,500℃固溶下板料的各项数据更为优异,故500℃为提高2195铝锂合金板材成形性能的较优固溶温度。The effect of solution temperature on the formability of 2195 Al-Li alloy was studied.The 2195 Al-Li alloy sheet in T6 state was treated with solution treatment at 500,510 and 520 ℃ for 10 min.The EBSD microstructure analysis,tensile test at room temperature,cupping test and hardness test were carried out for solution treated sheet and the original sheet without solution treatment.The microstructure morphology,yield strength,tensile strength,yield ratio,elongation,IE values and hardness values of the sheet at different solution temperatures and original sheet were obtained.The effect of solution temperature on the formability of 2195 Al-Li alloy was analyzed by comparing the test results.The results show that after solution treatment at 500,510 and 520 ℃ for 10 min,the grains of 2195 Al-Li alloy sheet grow up and the dislocation density decreases,which make the alloy deformation easier and the plasticity and toughness increase.After solution treatment,the yield strength,tensile strength and yield ratio of the sheet decrease,the elongation and IE values increase,the hardness values decrease,and all the data change significantly.It can be concluded that the solution treatment improves the formability of 2195 Al-Li alloy greatly.For parts with relatively complex structure,the forming process after solution treatment can be adopted.Among them,all the data of sheet at 500 ℃ solution treatment are more excellent.Thus,500 ℃ is the optimal solution treatment temperature to improve the formability of 2195 Al-Li alloy sheet.
