摘  要:利用金属材料的电致塑性效应,以1.5 GPa级高强度钢为研究对象,在板材V形弯曲成形过程中引入脉冲电流,分析模具结构及电辅助弯曲工艺对V形弯曲回弹的影响。结果表明:脉冲电流对1.5 GPa级高强度钢板的V形弯曲回弹起到了明显抑制作用,回弹角大幅度降低,并且电流沿板料长度方向施加比沿厚度方向施加作用更显著。弯曲后保持通电的比先通电保持后弯曲能更好地抑制回弹的产生。随着电流密度、通电时间以及频率的增加,回弹角逐渐减小;经过脉冲电流成形后,板料表面质量良好,回弹减小,其变形区硬度有所提高。Using the electroplastic effect of metal materials,taking the 1.5 GPa-grade high-strength steel as research object and introducing pulse current to V-shaped bending forming process of sheet metal,the effect of die structure and electrically-assisted bending process on V-shaped bending springback was analyzed.The results show that the pulse current significantly inhibits the V-shaped bending springback of 1.5 GPa-grade high-strength steel sheet.The springback angle is greatly reduced,and the effect of applying current along the length direction is more significant than that of applying along thickness direction.The springback is inhibited better by pulse current holding after bending than that before bending.With the increase of current density,conduction time and frequency,the springback angle decreases gradually.After pulse current forming,the sheet metal has good surface quality and lower springback,and the hardness of the deformation zone is improved.
