摘 要:为获取2A16铝合金板料在复杂加载条件下的材料性能,设计了一种臂上开缝、中心带槽的十字形试样并开展双向拉伸试验,研究了2A16铝合金板材在双向加载时的材料力学性能。建立有限元分析模型,基于ABAQUS软件对十字形试样的双向拉伸过程进行数值模拟。同时,利用板材双向拉伸试验机在X、Y两轴拉伸比分别为3∶3、3∶2、3∶1、1∶3和2∶3共5组条件下开展双向拉伸试验,并采用光学数字化散斑技术测量应变值。结果表明,数值模拟与试验有较好的一致性,改变两轴拉伸比对试样破裂位置及应变值具有显著影响,最终得到2A16铝合金板材在5组双向拉伸比下的真实应力-应变曲线,其在双向等拉时屈服应力值最高,且不同拉伸比下最大真实应变值差别较明显。To obtain the material properties of 2 A16 aluminum alloy sheet under complex loading conditions,a cruciform specimen with slits on the arm and a groove in the center was designed,and the biaxial tensile test was carried out to study the material mechanical properties of 2 A16 aluminum alloy sheet under biaxial loading.A finite element analysis model was established,based on the ABAQUS software,the numerical simulation of biaxial tensile test of the cruciform specimen was carried out.At the same time,using the sheet biaxial tensile testing machine,the biaxial tensile test was performed when the tensile ratios of X and Y were 3∶3,3∶2,3∶1,1∶3 and 2∶3 respectively.And the optical digital speckle technique was used to measure the strain value.The results show that the numerical simulation and the test are in good agreement.The rupture positions and strain values of the specimen are significantly affected by changing the tensile ratio of two axes.Finally,the true stress-strain curves of 2 A16 aluminum alloy sheet with five groups of biaxial tensile ratios were obtained.The yield stress is the highest under biaxial equal tension,and the maximum true strain is obviously different with different tensile ratios.
