摘　　要：在高校的体育课堂中,运用体育微课进行教学,结合课堂教学与科学技术的使用,展现出当代课堂教学的技术性和科学性,促进了当代体育教学的进步。这是符合当代体育课程教学目标的教学方法,能够为体育课程质量的提升带来积极影响。基于此,该文对体育微课在高校体育教学中的适用性以及实际应用方式进行了讨论和分析,以为相关人士提供参考。In the physical education classroom teaching in colleges and universities,using physical education micro class for teaching,combined with classroom teaching and the use of science and technology,it has shown the technicality and scientificity of contemporary classroom teaching,and promotes the progress of contemporary physical education.This is a teaching method in line with the teaching objectives of contemporary physical education curriculum,and can bring a positive impact on the improvement of the quality of physical education curriculum.Based on this,this paper will discuss and analyze the applicability and practical application of physical education micro course in college physical education,so as to provide communication and reference for relevant people from all walks of life.
