摘  要:裁判员作为篮球赛事活动开展中的重要参与者,除了要具备扎实的篮球裁判知识素养外,还要拥有强大的篮球裁判技能和过硬的裁判心理素质。该文以阜阳幼儿师范高等专科学校为例,通过对该校的16名学生篮球裁判员和5名学生篮球裁判员培养教师进行调查访谈,了解该校篮球裁判员培养方式的相关情况,进而掌握皖北高校学生篮球裁判员培养模式构建的现状及存在的问题,并据此提出皖北高校学生篮球裁判员培养模式构建的相关建议。As an important participant in the development of basketball events,referees should have strong basketball referee skills and excellent psychological qualities in addition to solid knowledge and quality of basketball referees.Taking Fuyang Preschool Teachers College as an example,this paper makes an investigation and interview on 16 basketball referees and 5 basketball referees training teachers in Fuyang Preschool Teachers College,and then understands the relevant situation of the training mode of basketball referees in Fuyang Preschool Teachers College,and then grasps the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the training mode of student basketball referees in colleges and universities in northern Anhui.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the training mode of basketball referees for college students in northern Anhui.
