滑板运动“碗池”项目的训练依据和取胜要领

摘　　要：滑板已作为正式比赛项目加入了奥运会和全运会。作为新兴运动项目,目前滑板在国内的整体发展较为落后,尤其是专业训练方面。通过对奥运会和全运会成绩进行比较,与世界顶级水平相比,中国滑板运动在"碗池"项目上,仍具有一定的差距。该文结合滑板"碗池"的场地、项目特点、运动损伤及预防、心理因素、竞赛规则,探究其取胜要领,为设计具体的训练方案提供理论依据。Skateboarding has joined the Olympic and National Games as an official event.As an emerging sport,the overall development of skateboarding in China is relatively backward,especially in professional training.By comparing the results of the Olympic Games and the National Games,compared with the world's top level,China's skateboarding especially in the"Bowl Pool"project,there is still a certain gap.Combined with the field,project characteristics,sports injury and prevention,psychological factors and competition rules of skateboard"Bowl Pool",this paper explores its winning essentials,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the design of specific training programs.
