摘 要:润滑油净化系统是润滑油系统的重要组成部分,润滑油系统在机组正常运行或停役检修期间为汽轮发电机和其他油辅助系统供油,而润滑油净化系统通过对润滑油进行净化处理,保证润滑油长期运行不变质,延长润滑油的使用寿命,同时间接保证机组的安全、可靠运行;同时,国内某电厂润滑油净化箱曾多次发生溢油事件,溢油的发生不仅使润滑油系统油量减少,润滑油脏污,增加润滑油后续处理的工作量;还给机组的安全运行带来隐患。鉴于此,本文通过深入分析润滑油净化箱典型溢油事件,找出导致其溢油的原因,为避免溢油事件的再次发生提出改进建议。Lubricating oil purification system is an important part of the lubricating oil system,which provides oil supply to the steam turbine generator and other oil auxiliary system during normal operation or outage.Through the purification,the lubricating oil purification system ensures the long-term operation of lubricating oil without deterioration to prolong the service life of lubricating oil.Therefore,the system indirectly ensures the safe and reliable operation of the unit.The events of oil spills in the lubricating oil purification tank repeatedly happened at one domestic power plant.The occurrence of oil spills not only reduces the oil volume of the lubricating oil system,makes the lubricating oil dirty,and increases the workload of subsequent treatment of lubricating oil.It also brings hidden dangers to the safe operation of the unit.In view of this,this paper deeply analyzes the typical oil spill events of lubricating oil purification tank,finds out the causes of oil spill,and puts forward improvement suggestions to avoid the recurrence of oil spill events.
