摘  要:为充分掌握石油化工储罐区火灾爆炸事故的危害后果,该研究以某罐区为例,选取蒸气云爆炸TNT模型及热辐射伤害模型分别对其发生蒸气云爆炸和沸腾液体扩展蒸气爆炸的危害范围进行预测和探讨。结果表明:在蒸气云爆炸中,火灾爆炸区的近场区域热辐射对人员的伤害程度较冲击波更为严重,而在中远场区域冲击波对人员的伤害将更为突出;当参与爆炸的燃料质量相同时,沸腾液体扩展蒸气爆炸的热辐射伤害半径远大于蒸气云爆炸。研究结果可为石化储罐库区安全管理、重大危险源监控及应急部门实施救援行动提供了理论支撑。In order to fully grasp the harmful consequences of fire and explosion accident in petrochemical storage tank area,this paper takes a tank area as an example,and uses TNT model of steam cloud explosion and thermal radiation damage model to predict and discuss the hazard range of the vapor cloud explosion(VCE)and boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion(BLEVE)respectively.The results show that:In the VCE,the thermal radiation in the near-field area of the fire explosion area is more serious than the shock wave,while the shock wave will be more serious in the middle and far-field area;When the fuel quality involved in the explosion is the same,the thermal radiation damage radius of BLEVE is much larger than that of VCE.The research results can provide theoretical support for the safety management of petrochemical storage tank reservoir area,the monitoring of major hazard sources and the implementation of rescue actions by emergency departments.
