甘肃省城市环境精细化治理问题的思考

摘　　要：近年来,甘肃省作为西北经济发展落后的省份,面临城市发展和环境污染治理与防治的双重严峻考验,甘肃省各级政府不断加大城市环境的治理力度取得了一定成效,但城市环境污染问题依旧非常严峻,城市环境治理需要在环境政策法规的完善、生态转移补偿、提升现代化工业科技水平、利用大数据等现代技术方面进行精细化治理,提升甘肃城市环境治理的水平。In recent years,as the underdeveloped economic area in northwest China,Gansu Province inherited with double severe challenge of urban development and environmental pollution control problems.Governments at all levels in Gansu Province have continuously strengthened the governance of urban environment and achieved certain results.However,the problem of urban environmental pollution is still very serious.Urban environmental governance needs fine governance in the improvement of environmental policies and regulations,ecological transfer compensation,upgrading the level of modern industrial science and technology,using big data and other modern technologies,so as to improve the level of urban environmental governance in Gansu Province.
