摘　　要：现阶段国内道路建设领域飞速发展,在实际建设过程中为了保证公路工程的施工品质得到良好的管理,必须针对公路工程PPP整个生命周期管理过程中潜在风险实施研究,找到行之有效的解决方案加以应对,防止对工程造价的实际价值产生影响。该文以公路工程PPP项目为中心,针对整个生命周期工程造价潜在风险进行分析研究,从而减少项目工程出现造价问题的概率,达成对其风险管理的合理处置。At present,road construction in China is developing rapidly.In order to ensure that the construction quality of road engineering is well managed in the actual construction process,it is necessary to conduct research on potential risks in the entire life cycle management process of highway engineering PPP and find effective solutions The plan should be dealt with to prevent the impact on the actual value of the project cost.This paper focuses on the PPP project of highway engineering,analyzes and studies the potential risks of the entire life cycle of the project cost,so as to reduce the probability of project cost problems and achieve reasonable disposal of its risk management.
