摘　　要："互联网+工会"向"智慧工会"转变升级是各级工会组织主动适应信息技术发展服务职工的现实需要。"智慧工会"具备组织网络化、办公智能化、决策数据化、服务普惠化等特点,能够进一步增强工会服务效能,成为职工群众的"网上职工之家"。"智慧工会"含义广泛,需要借助先进技术,并配上一系列制度规范,举全会之力持续深入,才能真正建成。The transformation and upgrading of"Internet+trade unions"to"Smart Union"is a realistic need for trade unions at all levels to adapt themselves to the development of information technology service workers.The"smart trade union"is characterized by the networked organization,smart official business,digital decision and the widespread service,and could be enhance the trade union'service efficiency and the ability to be the the worker's network home.The"smart trade union"contains wide meaning.It needs advanced technology and a series of rules and regulations,and only with the efforts of the plenary session can it be truly built.
