摘 要:热电偶是一种非常重要的测温元件,具有较为广泛的测量范围,且应用原理相对简单,易于安装,已经在电力生产行业及其他各类工业领域中实现了规模化应用,然而其在实际应用阶段仍然存在诸多问题。下文将简要介绍工业热电偶的测温原理、种类及结构形式,同时结合工程实际,明确常见的工业热电偶故障问题及处理措施,让工业热电偶得以发挥实效。Thermocouple is a very important temperature measuring element, with a wide range of measurement,and the application principle is relatively simple, easy to install. It has been widely used in power industry and other industrial fields. However, there are still many problems in the practical application stage. The temperature measuring principle of industrial thermocouple will be briefly introduced below at the same time, combined with the engineering practice, clarify the common industrial thermocouple fault problems and treatment measures, so as to give full play to the actual effect of industrial thermocouple.
