摘　　要：嵌入式养老模式吸收了家庭养老、机构养老以及社区养老服务的优势,有助于解决我国目前日益严峻的养老服务问题,该文通过对湖南省14市州50家社区嵌入式养老服务机构进行了调查,发现存在政府扶持力度不足、社会认知程度相对较低、机构运营风险高、养老服务行业人才短缺等问题,该文针对此问题提出了相应的建议,以期全面推动湖南省养老事业的发展。The embedded elderly care model absorbs the advantages of family elderly care, institutional elderly care and community elderly care services, and helps to solve the increasingly severe elderly care service problems in China. Through the investigation of 50 community embedded elderly care service institutions in 14 cities and prefectures of Hunan Province, it is found that there are insufficient government support, relatively low social cognition, high institutional operation risk. This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for this problem, so as to comprehensively promote the development of elderly care in Hunan Province.
