论新时代高校工会的政治职能

摘　　要：文章从新时代高校工会会员结构的变化入笔,系统归纳了高校工会政治职能五个方面的基本蕴义,特别强调了高校工会全面维护教职工政治民主权利和充分发挥教职工参政议政作用的政治职能。进而提出了要充分和正确发挥新时代高校工会政治职能的作用,就必须建立一套协调、灵活、高效的运行机制,强调了准确认知高校工会立身行稳的政治站位、充分发挥教职工代表大会的民主监督作用、尽心引导不断提升教职员工的职业修为、努力发挥教书育人立德树人的辅助功能、自觉把握开展福利、文化活动的政治方向等运行机制。同时,明确了新时代高校工会要想使其政治职能顺畅运行,就必须主动争取和科学寻求多方面的保障。Starting with the changes in the membership structure of university labor unions in the new era,this paper systematically summarizes the basic meaning of the five aspects of university unions’political functions,with special emphasis on the role of university labor unions in comprehensively safeguarding the political and democratic rights of faculty and staff and give full play to their role in political participation in the administration and discussion of the state affairs.Then it puts forward that in order to fully and correctly play the role of the political functions of university labor union in the new era,it is necessary to establish a set of coordinated,flexible,and efficient operating mechanism,and emphasizes the accurate understanding of the stable political position of university labor union,give full play to the democratic supervision role of the Faculty and Staff Congress and give full guidance to improve the professional cultivation of faculty and staff continuously,strive to give full play to the auxiliary function of teaching and cultivating morality,and consciously grasp the operating mechanism of the political direction of carrying out welfare and cultural activities.At the same time,it is clear that in order to make its political functions run smoothly in the new era,college unions must actively strive for and scientifically seek guarantees in various aspects.
